The concept of occupational risk assessment is related to the analysis and prioritization hazards arising in a production or service facility risks associated with these hazards; considers health safety (OHS). Elimination reduction an acceptable level analyzed risks, which systematic proactive process, then put into action. Although fuzzy logic-related decision models have been developed applied lot literature, there opportunity develop novel depending on development new logic extensions. 3,4-quasirung set (3,4-QFS) type theory emerged as extension Pythagorean sets Fermatean sets. In this approach, sum cube degree membership fourth power non-membership must be less than equal 1. Since approach has wider space, it can express uncertain information more flexible exhaustive way. This makes applicable addressing many problems multi-criteria making (MCDM). study, based MCDM presented. Within scope pertaining flight ground training, training management, administrative facilities school were assessed prioritized. results existing studies tested, we considered both aggregation operators. addition, by innovative sensitivity analysis, effect major changes weight each parameter final priority score ranking was evaluated. outcomes study are beneficial for OHS decision-makers highlighting most prioritized causing serious accidents flights schools part aviation industry. also suggested adapted science environments where their & highly required.
